Shipping

Kiddoz will ship for FREE most orders above $70 (under 40 lbs.) if shipped by ground within the continental United States. *NOTE: Some oversized items or items requiring special handling will have a required shipping surcharge. Please contact us for the amount of the Freight Shipping Cost or applicable surcharge. Refer to the following table for flat shipping rates:

Orders are generally shipped via UPS or Fed Ex Ground, and are typically processed in 1 - 5 business days. Ground delivery typically takes an additional 2 - 7 business days. Processing times and delivery dates for ground shipments are not guaranteed. A majority of our items are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse so we can give our customers lower prices. Depending on what items are ordered, your shipment may arrive on different days and in multiple boxes. All of our manufacturers differ in shipping delivery times. Please check the products descriptions for estimated shipping arrival dates. The following list is a helpful indicator for some of our drop ship manufacturers:

Tax

Orders shipped within Texas are subject to an 8.25% sales tax on all items and will be calculated into your order at the check-out. There are no sales taxes applied to orders shipped to Non-Texas addresses.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and Pay Pal. PayPal supports direct credit card payments, e-checks, wire transfers without having to open an account with them or, if you already have a Pay Pal account, you may pay using your PayPal account.


We do accept Purchase Orders. You may submit your purchase order by completing our website’s online “Purchase Order Form” (CLICK HERE if you wish to mail or fax in your order, and you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer). All purchase orders should be faxed to (210) 568-3840. Attn: Kiddoz, Customer Service Department. Once received, our Customer Service Department will send an invoice via email, mail or fax. You may pay by Personal Check*, or for faster service, by Money Order or Cashier Check by sending check to:

Order Confirmation

When you place an order, you will receive an order number when the ordering is completed. In addition, you will receive a confirmation by email. However, certain ISPs (Internet Service Providers) and spam filters block email from unknown parties, and as a result, occasionally confirmations do not reach customers. If you do not receive an order confirmation by email, please email or call us for confirmation.

Order Status

Tracking numbers are sent to the same email address as Order Confirmations, and are emailed after shipment.

Order Cancelation

**We are sorry but once an order is placed, we are not able to cancel.**

Return Policy

Non-defective products can be returned within 14 days (at your shipping expense) as long as the items are returned unopened, undamaged and in the original packaging as received. Kiddoz is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Insure package and obtain confirmation of delivery. All returns within 14 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to the cost of shipping and handling. If you return an item that had qualified you for free shipping in the original order, you will be charged the actual shipping and handling costs of the original shipment. We have incurred that cost to ship the product to you and it is not refundable. After 14 days past your receipt of shipment, no returns will be accepted.

Before returning any merchandise, please contact us to obtain an RA (return authorization) number. Your must include your RA number as part of our address on your package. Returns not bearing an RA number may be refused and returned to sender. This process insures prompt attention to your exchange or credit. To enable us to serve our customers better, we appreciate you telling us the reason for the return.

Damages

In the unfortunate event that your merchandise should arrive damaged, some of our manufacturers have asked that you contact them directly to request replacement parts. Please refer to the following numbers:

Warranty

Our products are backed by original manufacturer's standard warranties. Each product will come packaged with all the manufacturer's warranty statements and warranty service instructions. Any products being claimed as originally damaged or defected are subject to the manufacturer's repair and/or replacement policy.

In Stock/Backordered Items

Kiddo*z makes every reasonable effort to post accurate information about the availability of each item and the date when backordered items will become available. As for some items shipped by the respective manufacturers, the information on the site is only as current as the most recent report provided by the manufacturers (which in most cases is daily), and occasionally there is a lag between posted and actual status. Should you have any questions, please contact us directly.

Refusal of Delivery

If an order is refused, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, including the shipping costs back to the warehouse, and any other costs that occur during the delivery and return process. If the order qualified for free shipping, the customer will be responsible for all actual costs associated with shipping and returning the respective shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned to Kiddo*z or to one of its vendors due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. If the order qualified for free shipping, the customer will still be responsible for the actual shipping costs and any other costs that occur during the delivery and return process. Please double check all billing and shipping information before submitting them, and if a mistake is noticed after submission please contact us immediately.

Security

The Kiddo*z website is secured by a signed SSL certificate that uses a 256 bit RSA encryption during the login and checkout process, including transmission of personal information and credit card numbers. This means that all personal data is encrypted for transmission and can only be viewed by the SAkiddoz.com server. Checkout through the Paypal method will also use a separate secure protocol. Anyone trying to intercept data during transfer would only capture gibberish. Customers can verify this information by looking for the little "lock" icon on the bottom of their browser during checkout. When the lock is closed, that means that all transmissions are encrypted. You can double-click on the lock to get the details of the certificate and verify its validity. Also, in the address bar for the web page there will be the secure HTTP protocol (or https://) rather than the standard (http://).
